From my experiences as a designer and as a filmmaker, I’ve learned to find the critical storyline that highlights which problem to solve. Articulating the story creates cohesion within a team and improves collaboration, resulting in a shared vision. In design, I’ve found that a vision is a powerful tool to engage & inspire leadership to align & deliver meaningful change when needed.
